You guys! We have a new program launching in January but the pre-game starts THIS WEEK!
This is a program that’s not for the newbie fitness enthusiast. It’s for those of you who are ready to take your current fitness to the next level. The results this program delivers are the real deal (check out these awesome ladies), but you’ve got to be committed!
So, here’s the skinny: The program is a mix of weight lifting, cardio, and flexibility. It’s the closest you will get to a personal trainer standing right over you at a fraction of the cost.
You can follow this program at a gym, or at home, as long as you have a set of light, medium and heavy weights, a few exercise bands and some sliders (I’ll help you get those).
This program is the first of it’s kind, with timed nutrition to support your progress, ongoing coaching and support and TONS of accountability to keep you on track.
Start Date: January 15th, but the nutrition plan is released a week earlier so you have time to prepare
Registration Opens: Thursday, December 14th, and space is limited to 15 participants!
