Oh, happy Sunday Guys! Want a recipe for awesome, healthy protein crepes?
Of course, you do!
In a blender, mix the following:
- 2 whole eggs
- 2/3 cup of egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 sachets of stevia (or a 1/4 teaspoon)
- a splash of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla Shakeology or other protein powder
Heat up a skillet (or two) ?? and add coconut non-stick spray. Coat generously because these babies are delicate.
Pour a small amount in the skillet that only covers the bottom of the pan. Let cook until sides look almost crispy, then do your best to flip!!! If you’re like me, it won’t work and they will look like ?, but will taste divine so who cares.
I like to top with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup as it has ZERO calories. I know it’s not exactly a #wholefood, but oh well, I’m not perfect.
Makes about 6 crepes (so you can share!), but it’s only 300 calories and 36 grams of protein!!!!
