I was talking with my good friend Erin one day and she was looking for pointers on how to improve her diet so she could shed a few pounds. Well I started off with the fundamentals of good eating and she quickly interrupted me and said – just cut to the chase. What do I need to eat and what do I need to stay away from.
So this is not how I work with my clients, but Erin’s a friend, so I was happy to give her what she’s looking for.

BTW, I do mention a few alternative sweeteners that you may want to consider. Xylitol and Erythritol you can buy on Amazon or get it at a health food store. Whole foods may have it, too. Stevia, you can buy pretty much everywhere now.
I highly recommend these sweeteners over sugar or sugar substitutes. It will make a huge difference in your energy levels and they’re much easier on your gut.
