What I want to impart to you from the get-go is that none of these steps, taken individually and over time, are difficult. They are small incremental changes that over time will lead to huge, long-lasting results. Because that’s what you want, right? If you want a quick-fix or to lose 20lbs in two weeks, you won’t find that here (and to be honest, you won’t find that anywhere because it doesn’t exist).
I will be offering ideas, tips, tricks and tools to help you add to your fit and healthy toolbox. Not all of them will resonate with you, and that’s okay. We’re all individuals with very different fitness levels, lifestyles, and resources, so take what works for you and leave the rest.
